Cancellation policy:
• Cancellation of a reservation can be done in writing via the contact form on the website or by e-mail to info@dijkstrahotels.com
• For direct / direct reservations, we apply the condition of the UVH (Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry) paragraph 9.2.1. (www.khn.nl/uvh-nl)
• Bookings for the non-refundable conditions cannot be changed or canceled, regardless of the reason given.
• For canceling reservations via other channels such as booking.com or hotels.com, you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. After that, the costs are 100% of the total amount of the room price. To cancel these reservations, you must contact the appropriate channel. Direct reservations therefore have better conditions!
• In the case of no-shows, the full cost will be charged to you.
• For group reservations (4 rooms or more) we use the group condition of the UVH (Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry) paragraph 9.2.2. (www.khn.nl/uvh-nl)
Cancellation insurance:
In addition, we currently offer a temporary cancellation insurance which you can purchase for 8% of the reservation value, you can then cancel free of charge up to 2 days before arrival without giving any reason (you do not have to pay anything apart from the cancellation insurance). You must request cancellation insurance with us within 48 hours of making your reservation, via reservations@dijkstrahotels.com. If you have made a reservation through other channels, such as with Booking.com or Hotels.com, the terms and conditions of the third party apply and you must cancel through them.
