Check-in and checking out

 

Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, with early check-in available for €15 from 1:00 PM. Check-in for Breeburg, Heerlijkheid, and Renenpark is at Breelaan 22 (1861 GE) in Bergen. For Hotel Joli, check-in is at Ruïnelaan 15 (1861 LK) in Bergen. Check-in is possible at the reception of Hotel Joli until 5:00 PM during low season and until 7:00 PM during high season. Self-check-in is available for arrivals after this time. If you have not yet checked in when reception closes, we will contact you. At Hotel Breeburg/Heerlijkheid/Renenpark, the reception is always open until 5:00 PM, after which it will be taken over by our restaurant. If you wish to check in after 9:00 PM, please contact our reception (072-5813012) so we can take this into account or take appropriate measures. Upon arrival, you can park your car briefly on the sidewalk to unload your luggage. Please be mindful of through traffic.

Check-out is between 8:00 and 11:00 AM. If you would like to check out earlier, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the invoice for you. If you are not in time for breakfast, we can also prepare a packed breakfast for you. A late check-out is possible upon request (subject to availability). The cost is €10 per hour, and check-out is possible until 2:00 PM.
